Good place, great pool and breakfast. Rooms great, big and clean

It is too big, you need to drive by golf carts, but the personal is friendly and we never waited too long. Breakfast are too far, so if you want to take breakfast and than take some small snack later on it is not possible, they do not even allow you.

Peaceful resort, lovely beach

This resort is a peaceful place, placed in a fine distance from noise and traffic. Placed just aside the airport, so easy to reach after long journey, plus lots of fun watching planes landing It is very clean and the facilities are very fine (have potential to be better though). Very good breakfast and fine breakfast restaurant. The food is fresh and tasty, compliments to the chiefs. There are small shops and local restaurants, massage around the corner. Beautiful quite beach, the waves are a bonus and fun, but it is rather not for small children. The quests have free access to a Waterpark. The personal at the reception very serviceminded and competent, with satisfactory language skills. Tan and Au in the Kids Club doing great job, my daughter enjoyed the place very much, thank you. The place is huge, so the quests are offered lift in small buggies, very well organized, thank you️

Might be due to the size of the place, that it is not easy for the stuffl to reach a single guest. Eating in hotel restaurants was always frustration due to waiting time- always. Please make sure, that people get drinks, so they are at ease. Then give the food to the kids. Our Christmas Eve, and New Year were ruined because of the mess with the drinks and food (chefs were busy setting up desserts, while food for the children was still not there). Russian host was... a "surprise" in Thailand. We did not understand a bit. If your kid wants to play at the Kids Club, you as a parent are most welcome to stay at the Club or be in your room just do not take bath. You need to go to the club to check on your kid every hour. I couldnt visit SPA because of that "rule". My kid could be there 2-4 hours never wanted to leave. Staff gest tlf number, why not contact the parent if needed. The Kids Club is open to 18.00, but the kids must be picked up 15-25 min before. Generally lots of staff often seems tired of guests and too busy.

Not bad - nice place, OK vibes

It is very clean and the rooms are nice and big

The staff and vibe is generally a little less friendly than a lot of other thai places. There are millions of signs threatening a 1,000 baht fine for bringing food into the resort, bringing food out of the resort etc. The waterpark prohibits you bringing water in! It’s nice, but not exactly warm.

Overall I had a fantastic stay and would go back to that hotel in a heartbeat.

The bed was extra comfortable .the apartment was spacious large living room and fully fitted kitchen.the breakfast was superb with plenty of variety. The grounds around the complex were beautifully kept.

There is nothing I can complain about .

Great for planes and waterparks fans!

I love planes and my friend loves waterparks so we were both in paradise.

Unfortunately for me who love planes, the wind was coming from the East during our entire stay and the planes were taking off, instead of landing, on the hotel beach. And the wanterpark entrance is NOT included in the rate! In March 2020 you had to pay 3500 bath extra per room per stay to access the waterpark freely. For 2 persons for 2 days, it makes it way too expensive!!!

nice!

We were staying in the 1 the one bedroom family suite and it was spacious and clean, we could choose between the pool in front of our apartment and the one at the beach. We preferred the one next to our apartment which wasn't as busy and noisy as the other one. The breakfast buffet was included and there was a wide selection to choose from, they even provided gluten free bread for our daughter. The main reason we booked this hotel was the splash waterpark which is on the premises and our 7 year old loved it.

If you like a more intimate hotel/resort this is not for you, this park is immense (luckily they provide golf carts for your transport). The hotel is very family orientated, if you don't have kids I would recommend staying here.

The hotel facilities were good, with very nice landscape and beach access. There are a number of restaurants and business within walking distance, and the free admission to the waterpark was a bonus. The staff were all very helpful and efficient in their work, and breakfast was great, with so much variety.

The high taxi prices to go anywhere from and back to the Hotel, even to the nearby airport. It would be very useful if Hotel maintained a free shuttle service to the airport and perhaps once or twice a day to the town center.

Neither liked nor disliked

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The water park is fun for kids. Two days/one night is enough. The beach was clean

There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. The food in general is mediocre. The rooms are ok but poorly lit in the night, I have never stayed in a room that had so few and dim lights! You hear the airplanes as the resort is right next to the airport. But there are no planes at night.
